Are you passionate about helping individuals achieve their financial goals? Do you possess strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving? Were working with a wealth management firm based in Dorking who are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Financial Adviser.
You will have full back-office support from Paraplanners and IFA Administrators.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalised financial advice and recommendations to clients based on their unique financial situations and goals.
2. Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients needs and objectives.
3. Develop comprehensive financial plans outlining strategies for investments, retirement, estate planning, and more.
4. Stay up to date on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust.
To be consider for this Adviser position:
6. Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
7. Proven experience in financial advising, wealth management, or related fields.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
