Your purpose will be:
To drive membership sales, retention and revenue growth across Spa & Wellness at Fairmont Cheshire – The Mere. This is a sales-led role responsible for generating new memberships, converting leads and maximising lifetime member value, while delivering an exceptional, luxury-standard guest experience. You will play a key role in positioning the resort as a leading wellness destination, with clear accountability for membership performance and revenue.
Job Description
1. Proactively generate and convert membership leads through tours, referrals and follow-up activity
2. Conduct personalised consultations, confidently presenting membership packages, benefits and pricing
3. Achieve and exceed membership sales targets, driving revenue growth and retention
4. Manage prospect pipelines, tracking conversion rates and performance metrics
5. Build strong relationships with members to maximise engagement and lifetime value
6. Identify and develop corporate and local partnership opportunities to grow the membership base
7. Support Spa reception in converting enquiries into memberships, bookings and retail sales
8. Promote spa services, retail and wellness offerings to increase overall member spend
9. Ensure a luxury guest experience at all touchpoints, maintaining Fairmont brand standards
10. Oversee accurate membership administration, billing and reporting processes
11. Handle guest queries and escalations professionally, ensuring effective resolution
12. Support operational standards, team alignment and daily service delivery within Spa & Wellness
Qualifications
13. Proven track record in membership or luxury sales with strong conversion results
14. Confident sales approach with excellent closing and negotiation skills
15. Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
16. Experience within a luxury spa, health club or hospitality environment preferred
17. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
18. Proficient in CRM systems, reporting and membership management processes
19. Professional presence and high standards of personal presentation
