We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our friendly team on a permanent, part-time basis, 25 hours per week (times flexible but required in person 5 days per week) based in the Wherstead road area of Ipswich you will be responsible for: - * Managing the Purchase Ledger * Processing sales invoices and customer payments * Handling company credit card expense forms, dealing swiftly with any queries * Coordinating merchant rebate payments * Supporting the Customer Service team with occasional telephone cover What we are looking for: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounts role Strong IT and communication skills AAT/bookkeeping qualification is a bonus, but not essential A team player with great attention to detail What’s in it for you? £17,700 annual salary Annual bonus scheme On-site parking 20 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 22 days after probation) Work-life balance with flexible part-time hours A supportive, collaborative team culture
