Role overview

Come and join our team. We are currently advertising for a Capital Project Development Officer for the Early Years and Childcare Capital Programme to support the Capital and Commissioning Officer. Applications are invited from organised and self-motivated individuals who possess excellent clerical, communication and interpersonal skills to support the smooth running of the capital grant. This role will involve dealing with childcare providers across Carmarthenshire, as well as staff and managers from both within the local authority and partner organisations. The successful person will drive forward and develop capital schemes specifically in childcare and a range of capital development projects in Flying Start expansion areas. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team working in a service that is developing and evolving. Welsh language level - verbal
