About the Role
This position supports a safe and compliant environment across RICS' global operations, ensuring adherence to legislation and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage global compliance with H&S, Environmental, and Energy standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 50001).
2. Conduct audits, monitor risks, support incident investigations, and maintain key registers.
3. Provide training and guidance, promoting best practices and raising HSEQ awareness.
4. Track performance metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and support ESG and carbon footprint initiatives.
5. Serve as the primary contact for HSEQ queries, collaborating with workplace teams and external auditors.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of HSEQ practices and relevant legislation, including ISO standards and the Health and Safety at Work Act.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, NCRQ) and experience supporting audits or management systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office for task management, data analysis, and communication.
* Excellent communication skills, relationship building, and practical, solutions-focused advice.
