What can you expect?
We are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our highly regarded Private Client team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and charities, on a broad range of private client matters.
Responsibilities
* Advising UK and non-UK domiciled individuals on estate planning, wills, trusts, and tax matters.
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex Court of Protection and Deputyship work.
* Drafting legal documents including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
* Liaising with clients, counsel, and external advisors with professionalism and sensitivity.
* Conducting legal research and preparing client briefings.
* Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives.
Experience and Knowledge
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ level).
* Completed a training seat in Private Client or a closely related area.
* Strong academic background and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A genuine interest in private client work and a commitment to client care.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage tasks independently.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to practice development.
