We are partnering with a leading provider of turnkey data centre solutions in Europe, who specialises in delivering comprehensive services from design through to construction and commissioning. Headquartered in Dublin, it operates across multiple European countries and is recognised as a trusted expert within the data centre sector. They are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their established HR function. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing that HR processes are in line with best practice and legislation in Ireland and across Europe Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR with company strategy. Deliver efficient, high-quality HR support to all employees. Oversee pre-onboarding (work permits, relocation, employee files) and off-boarding (resignation letters, equipment returns, exit interviews). Generate and manage employee contracts and documentation. Maintain HR systems accurately and ensure timely payroll and process deadlines. Handle HR issues and escalate as needed. Manage HR/ER queries and advise managers and staff. Support performance management and monitor absence records. Contribute to health & wellbeing initiatives and employee assistance programs. Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement efforts, including recruitment and graduate programs. Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (preferred). 5+ years of HR experience. HR software experience desirable. Strong organisational, communication, and confidentiality skills. Proficient in MS Office; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to grow professionally and contribute to broader HR initiatives.
