Purpose of the Role:
To ensure that Texo Group operations are actively compliant with internal and regulatory requirements, maintaining safe and healthy work environments while promoting safe behaviours and a safety-first culture.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational HS / NEBOSH General Construction Certificate
* Practical experience as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015
* Experience in onboarding and verification of Sub-Contractors
* Knowledge of Temporary Works (BS 5975)
* Ability to present on HSE Fundamentals
* Experience as Incident Investigator
* Experience as Risk Assessor
Preferred:
* NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational HS / NVQ Level 6
* CITB: SMSTS Qualification
* Chartered Member of IOSH or IIRSM
* EUSR SHEA Water / DOMS
* Experience in Confined Space Entry or Rope Access
Person Specification:
* Confident verbal and written communicator
* Drive for continual improvement
* Agile planning and management skills
* Passion for HSE topics
* Leadership ability in discipline
* Experience in Construction/Utilities sector
