Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
* Assess and record students' progress, providing feedback to parents and senior leadership
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the intellectual, social, and emotional development of students
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practises and contribute to the overall success of the school
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and parent-teacher conferences
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
* Enhanced DBS check
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum and teaching standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
* Effective classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate certificate in Education
* Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
Working Conditions:
This role involves working full-time hours on a contract basis in a primary school setting in Plumstead. The teacher will be expected to adhere to school policies, maintain accurate records, and actively engage in professional development activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
