Overview
We are seeking a Project and Maintenance Services Contract Manager to join our Knowsley CREWS team, reporting to the CREWS manager. Using best practice project management principles, you will oversee the management and coordination of QVC UK's design and construction projects, covering approximately 100,000m² of space within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage additions, expansions, or renovations across all sites, including offices, Fulfilment Centres, Contact Centres, Retail Stores, Studios, and other spaces.
* Develop specifications, conduct business and planning analysis, manage budgets, and oversee expenditure.
* Build and maintain a network of third-party design, construction, and project management partners in the UK market.
* Coordinate R&M workplace activities with suppliers, ensuring performance, safety, and operational standards are met with minimal disruption.
Qualifications
* Experience in construction project management.
* Building services contract maintenance experience.
* Budget management and strategic planning skills.
* Leadership experience managing teams.
