With a leadership team drawn from Big 4 and top-tier consulting backgrounds, they’re entering their next phase of strategic growth across EMEA.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner for EMEA, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding client relationships across key markets. This is not a “maintenance” role — it’s a position for someone who thrives on building momentum, generating trust, and crafting creative routes to market.
You’ll work closely with technical and delivery leaders to position complex transformation services, influence C-suite decision-makers, and shape how the firm’s capabilities are brought to life for enterprise clients.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience selling OneStream or EPM-related services (not just software).
* A consultative and independent sales approach — confident in leading deals end-to-end.
* Emotional intelligence and the ability to connect authentically with clients and internal teams.
* Creativity in how you build relationships and tell a story around business value.
* A growth mindset — someone on an upward trajectory, not plateauing.
* Experience working in or with consulting/partner organisations across EMEA.
