The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Operations Manager to Deputise for our Castle Manager in leading our hospitality team in delivering all aspects of the guest service, and experience within this Region. This includes our exclusive use property, Aldourie Castle, events at the Aldourie Steading, as well as our Food Trucks and 'pop-ups' at the Dores Inn. You will be an exemplary hands on leader ensuring that the highest standards are consistently delivered in all areas from Housekeeping and Front of House to facilities management. The role demands a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of exclusive use and/or high-end hospitality management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring our Loch Ness Region continues to shine as a premier destination for both relaxation and adventure. Build, develop and sustain a high performing team. Lead compliance in all aspects of Health & Fire Safety. Ensure the wellbeing of your team. Lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, warm and friendly service at every touch point. Manage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Coordinate exclusive events, private stays, and retreats. Uphold the estate's heritage, working with WildLand on conservation efforts. Handle budgeting, reporting, and operational planning. Translate bookings into outstanding experiences. Work with local vendors for premium guest services.
