Kenneth Brian Associates are partnered up with a well-established client based in Chessington. We are looking for an administrator who has previously worked within a construction environment. The purpose of this role will be to provide support to the Bids Coordinator & Tender enquiries.
Duties:
* Support the Bid Coordinator with tender coordination
* Contacting subcontractors via the phone chasing for tender enquiries & quotes
* Updating their register and making sure estimators are aware of any uncompleted quotes
* Answering the phones and directing them to the right member of staff
* Supporting staff with holiday cover
* General admin ad hoc duties
Experience required:
* Previous experience using a document control management system
* Experience with quoting within construction industry
* IT savvy - experience using different systems Microsoft, Word & Excel
* Excellent eye for detail and strong writing skills
* Creative, with an eye for detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
