We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of flat-pack furniture and household items. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated new team member to help us provide excellent support to our customers. The working hours for this role are 4:00pm - 10:00pm.
Initial training (approx. 4 weeks) will be 27.5 hours per week to be completed between 8:00am - 4:00pm and take place at our Head Office in Bradford (BD4).
What We are Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer focused role is a plus but not essential – we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
· Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
· Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat.
· Record and update information in our CRM and order processing systems.
· Liaise with third party couriers regarding deliveries, claims for lost and damaged items.
· Work closely with internal departments to assist customers.
· Manage product enquiries and process replacements, refunds, or resend orders.
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
What We are Looking for in You
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to promote high customer satisfaction.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Understanding of online sales platforms is desirable.
