About Us New Street Vets is based in a charming market town within the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our normal working week for this role is 40-hours, with 1:4 Saturday morning shift on a rota (with time off in lieu). This role has no OOH or on-call. Key Responsibilities: You’ll work closely with our practice management and wider leadership team to shape and deliver our clinical vision: mentoring and inspiring our vets and nurses, and ensuring every patient and client receives the highest standard of care. This role offers the opportunity to continue doing what you love clinically, while influencing, guiding, and inspiring those around you. A small part of your role will also include non-clinical duties such as P&L and H&S which is supported by the Head Nurse and Practice Manager.
