The role:
1. Book property visits in your diary in line with your appointment volume targets.
2. Carry out mid-term property visits.
3. When required carry our home inductions with new tenants
4. When required carry out property viewings with prospective tenants
5. Undertake large-scale works inspections.
6. Prepare individual property inventories.
7. Complete tenant check-out reports
8. Liaise with tenants about visits and issues.
9. Visit properties with builders and other tradespeople.
10. Ensure requirements of tenancy agreements are applied in practice.
11. You will ensure our bin store areas on site are kept in tip top condition and manage waste that has been disposed of incorrectly e.g. left on the floor and report your findings in a site report.
12. Ad hoc litter pics will be conducted when required.
13. Monthly Flick testing will be carried out in the communal areas to ensure the Emergency Lighting and AOV units are operating correctly, and findings recorded.
14. Weekly Fire alarm testing will be required.

15. Experience of providing terrific customer service in a client-facing role
16. Exceptional timekeeping – never late and always on top of deadlines
17. The communication skills to write clearly and speak easily with anyone
18. An organised way of working
19. Someone who is prepared to get stuck in and do what it takes to ensure our sites are looking the best they can.
20. Experience using iPads and apps
21. A desire to brush up nicely for work each day
22. A clean driving licence and access to a car or van
23. Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre- employment screening
24. A flexible attitude when it comes to working hours
25. Some knowledge of property management (desirable)
26. Experience preparing reports for management (desirable)
27. A natural capacity to use their initiative and solve problems
