We are currently looking for an experienced Post-Completion Assistant to join our busy Residential Conveyancing department in our Cardiff Office. This role involves handling matters upon the completion of conveyancing transactions. It's an excellent opportunity for someone seeking valuable legal experience and wishing to contribute to a dynamic conveyancing team.
Responsibilities include:
* Submitting applications for change of property ownership.
* Reviewing completed registrations.
* Confirming registration with relevant parties.
* Liaising with conveyancing teams.
* Managing ongoing caseloads.
* Reviewing title documents upon registration.
* Handling Land Registry enquiries and communicating with third parties.
* Preparing AP1 forms and client correspondence regarding registrations.
Candidate requirements:
* Experience in conveyancing administration.
* Proficiency with case/customer management systems.
* Ability to handle a busy workload.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Team-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
