 
        
        National Account Manager – Quorn Foods
Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for a National Account Manager to manage and develop a Top 4 Grocery Retail customer within the UK retail market.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Working closely with cross‑functional teams such as Category, Insights, Marketing & Product, you will be solely responsible for driving and delivering budgeted sales, spend and profit measures for a portfolio of key grocery customers.
Develop an effective strategy that delivers against both business and customer KPI's, you will be recognised as the undisputed expert across our commercial operations in the region.
The position will be based from our Leeds office 2‑3 days per week with the opportunity to work flexibly/remotely when required.
What Experience You’ll Need
 * Demonstrable background in a commercial role within the FMCG industry and the UK retail sector
 * Excellent commercial business acumen with a working knowledge of managing UK grocery retail customers, managing JBP’s and understanding industry data
 * Passion for all things food and becoming a real custodian for the Quorn & Cauldron brands
 * High self‑sufficiency and motivation to drive success in a competitive category
 * Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
 * A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
The Recruitment Process

 1. 45 min to 1 hour Microsoft Teams introductory call with the Head of UK Retail Sales & Resourcing Partner
 2. In‑person interview at our Leeds offices with key stakeholders from our UK Retail team
