Job Description
* Manage a diversified portfolio of projects within the organisation.
* Lead a team of professionals in achieving project goals.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business performance.
* Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
* Provide regular reports on project status to senior management.
* Identify and manage project risks and issues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Portfolio Manager should have:
* Experience in managing multiple projects.
* Strong leadership skills - previous line management experience is preferable.
* Portfolio governance management.
* Risk management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
* Professional qualifications in any portfolio and project management association are desirable.
