Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in promoting the wellbeing, dignity, and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering personalised, compassionate care tailored to each resident’s needs
Assisting with medication, mealtimes, and daily routines
Providing companionship and encouraging participation in meaningful activities
Supporting mobility and ensuring residents’ physical comfort and safety
Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable living environment
Offering a calm, consistent, and reassuring presence at all times
About You
Previous experience in care is preferred but not essential
Naturally kind, patient, and composed under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
