Rate:£10.80 - £15.00 per hour DOE
Contract: Freelance / Part-time, depending on the candidate
Location: Hailsham / Lower Dicker and also able to attend national Trade Shows / Events ad-hoc
Hours: Dependant on candidate
Reporting to: Marketing Manager

The role
Got a camera, big ideas, and no fear of being front and centre? Perfect. We’re looking for a content creator who’s ready to jump into a scaling brand and actually enjoy the ride.
This isn’t a sit-quietly-and-edit role. You’ll be in front of the camera, behind it, and sometimes in the middle of a busy trade show chatting to strangers like you’ve known them for years.
Key Responsibilities
* Role their sleeves up, agile, ad-hoc customer support / order help
* Creating bold, scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram & more
* Owning and executing a social content calendar (we want your ideas, not recycled trends)
* Shooting, editing, and captioning your own content (CapCut skills are required)
* Attending out TikTok Lives and keeping viewers hooked
* Bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table
* Confidently appearing on camera for content, interviews, and brand moments
* Representing FreshWipes at events and trade shows with high energy and personality
* Engaging with our audience: Comments, DMs, the lot
* Collaborating with the team to keep messaging sharp and consistent
* Staying ahead of trends
About you
* Have your own filming equipment
* Are confident, outgoing, and naturally good on camera
* Keen interest in Social Media Marketing
* Know what works on social (and what definitely doesn’t)
* Can edit quickly and creatively (CapCut or similar)
* Aren’t afraid to experiment and try new ideas
* Bring personality - we want you, not corporate content
