ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity for a smart, ambitious, National Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. Due to increasing demand for our innovative security solutions and our rapid growth trajectory, we are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our expanding client base. Ideally you will have experience in a business-to-business solution sales environment. You will be an effective communicator with a thirst for success. Youll have the ability to meet tight deadlines and achieve KPI's. You will be responsible for delivering new business and for leveraging Trust Hires value proposition, learning and understanding the clients needs and tailoring a solution to suit. You will be a natural hunter, building new business and sharing strategies and plans with your colleagues to achieve common goals and KPIs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a National Sales Manager within a highly professional sector, youll be accountable for delivering new business against our ambitious sales strategy of achieving £50m turnover per annum by the year 2030. As such, we see the key responsibilities of the role as being: Personal Sales target - revenue and upsell Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities Report accurate forecast, pipeline and activity data via CRM Deliver on-site presentations to clients Attend Sales/Product training days Liaise with Procurement, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors Attend Meet the Buyers Exhibitions Utilise social media, lead generation resources and network effectively to grow your profile in our market sectors.
