You will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with key e-commerce clients. Acting as the bridge between the operational teams, the clients International based and UK-based personnel, and the leadership team.
Responsible for day-to-day service performance, client communications, process optimisation, and supporting commercial expansion across the UK and international markets.
