Role : Electrical Engineer Pay rate : £16.64 - £19.61 per hour Shift pattern : 4 on 4 off rotation 7am-7pm/7pm-7am through the year. Contract : ongoing until end of March 2026 Bluearrow are recruiting an Electrical Engineer to work four our client in Birmingham, B15 area. Ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of engineering maintenance service in line with contractual obligations, industry best practice and relevant standards and guidance (HTM). The role is to ensure planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown/reactive maintenance activities on the estate are completed and records maintained. Qualifications or Required Experience: Required Management/supervisory competency qualifications or appropriate level of demonstrable experience. Minimum of five years' Management experience in an NHS or similar critical infrastructure environment Indentured apprenticeship or equivalent training. Healthcare and/or Healthcare PFI experience City & Guilds (or equivalent) trade related qualifications with some examples listed below.
