Responsibilities
* Operate at the boundary of technological exploration by inventing new solutions and enhancing existing hardware.
* Typically involve analysis, computational modelling, prototype design, invention, laboratory testing, process development, and manufacturing.
* Collaborate with elite multi-disciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and designers to create prototypes through Awerian’s rapid approach to design and implementation.
Requirements
* 3+ years of relevant experience in electronics development, in particular RF PCB design and characterisation, with a proven track record of design and implementation of technological solutions, and a relevant degree.
* Proven experience with RF design tools (e.g., ADS, Microwave Office, CST) is essential.
* Desirable: RADAR or communications applications; Microwave RF design; End-to-end electronics development and test; High speed digital PCB design; Antenna design; DSP; Scripting for test and modelling (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Python).
* Broad experience across sectors; previous or current defence industry experience is desirable but not essential.
