As a Branch Supervisor based in Leicester, youll be responsible for:
* Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within the branch to meet branch targets
* Take charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable
* Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and suppliers
* Help to develop the customer base and increase sales
* Motivate the team to achieve goals
* Supervise the team to endure they are clear on their work priorities
* On occasion you may be required to drive a 3.5T van to deliver products to customers
This is a Full Time permanent position working 40 hours a week Monday - Friday 07.30am - 5.00pm. You will also work Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8.00am - 12pm.

* Previous industry or merchant experience would be beneficial
* Proven track record in supervising a team to make sales
* Prior Face to Face sales experience
* Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers to build strong relationships
* A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is desirable
