A Recruitment & Social Media Officer is needed to join CICD a not-for-profit education centre offering life-changing volunteer programmes in Africa India and the Caribbean. If youre an organised communicator with a passion for social justice this is a great chance to help people take real-world action on global issues.
Based in East Yorkshire CICD (College for International Co-operation and Development) prepares volunteers for immersive placements tackling poverty climate change and inequality. Programmes include 7- and 10-month volunteer opportunities in partnership with Humana People to People a Climate Activist course in the Caribbean and the Gaia Scholarship which helps cover course fees.
As Recruitment & Social Media Officer youll be the link between prospective volunteers and their future journeys running CICDs social media channels and supporting individuals through the full enrolment process. Youll need to be confident engaging with people online and over Zoom comfortable juggling priorities and genuinely motivated by CICDs mission and values.

To Qualify: Whether you are a Social Media Manager Recruitment Administrator Enrolment Coordinator Recruiter or Marketing Assistant were open you just need a CV that demonstrates

* A friendly proactive approach to helping people through the recruitment process
* The ability to host engaging online meetings and info sessions
* Experience coordinating enquiries and managing admin tasks end-to-end
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately
* Great collaboration skills and a willingness to share ideas and learn as you go

* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to workplace location).
