What Your Typical Day Will Look Like
* As Head Receptionist, you will oversee the reception team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently while managing your own administrative duties and maintaining exceptional levels of customer service for all clients.
* You will be responsible for handling non-clinical complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Your focus will be on delivering outstanding service to our clients and the highest standard of care to their pets, acting as a key link between clients and the clinical team.
* Building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the wider practice team will be essential to your success.
* You will continually look for ways to enhance the client journey by reviewing protocols, gathering client feedback, and actively promoting our online presence.
* You will greet clients warmly, offering support, guidance, and expertise, while confidently managing payments and future bookings.
* You will coordinate the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using our online booking system, making strong computer literacy essential.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week with 1 in 5 Saturdays.
