Do you have a strong understanding of safeguarding principles, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour support, especially in high-needs, post-16 settings?
Are you passionate about developing strong community bonds to enhance life outcomes?
Are you interested in working collaboratively with educational staff, therapists, medical professionals, and families as part of a transdisciplinary team around young adults?
Do you have a passion for using creative, multisensory, and practical activities to engage students in meaningful, relevant experiences?
