Electronics Engineer! My client are a leading company renowned for our commitment to innovation and excellence. Based in Crewkerne, Somerset, they pride ourselves on combining the resources and expertise of a global organisation with the flexibility and support of a local team.
Key Responsibilities
 * Design and develop innovative electronic circuits for our frequency control products.
 * Conduct comprehensive testing, validation, and reliability assessments to maintain product quality.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturability and streamline processes.
 * Provide excellent technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and proposing effective solutions.
 * Stay abreast of advancements in frequency technology to drive innovation within our products.
What you will have ideally
 * 3+ years of experience in electronics design and development, ideally in frequency control.
 * Strong knowledge of circuit and RF design with electronic components.
 * Proficiency with simulation software (e.g., SPICE) and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium).
 * Familiarity with frequency control technologies such as quartz crystal oscillators.
 * Understanding of industry standards (ISO, IPC) and quality assurance processes.
 * Experience with electronic testing and quality control methods.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
 * Experience with embedded systems and programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python, VB).
 * Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP) techniques.
 * Background in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
