Location: Southampton/Portsmouth/Hampshire. This is a home/field-based role with travel in the local area.
What you’ll be doing
* Scope out, hunt, and seal the deal with independent new business opportunities while keeping the pipeline flowing
* Cultivate connections with independent players in the local food market using your curiosity for all things foodie
* Craft bespoke culinary propositions to help customers save time and money
* Drive growth and hit profit targets
* Onboard new clients and ensure they feel welcomed and supported
* Monitor competition and market trends to offer the hottest solutions and insights
What we are looking for
* Ideally comes from a similar Field Sales background, but this is not essential
* Commercial mindset with drive and ambition to deliver against targets
* Customer-centric approach with confidence to be out on the field
* Proven track record of gaining and onboarding new business
* Willingness to undergo our induction programme to learn about products and the business
