Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team on a part time basis in our 32 bed care home supporting older persons and individuals living with dementia. You will be supporting our night team during peak hours.
Hours & Schedule:
* 36 hours per week (3 nights per week) on a rotating weekly schedule—flexibility is essential.
* Additional overtime opportunities available, including flexible shifts from 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM

* QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
* Previous night shift experience is advantageous.
