We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Clinic Manager to join a well-established renal dialysis clinic in the Gloucester Cotswolds area. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior renal nurse looking to step into a leadership role, supporting the Clinic Manager in delivering high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the clinic, leading a dedicated team and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care in partnership with the NHS.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Clinic Manager in the overall running of the dialysis clinic
Lead the clinic in the absence of the Manager
Ensure high standards of patient care and positive clinical outcomes
Supervise, support and develop nursing staff through training and mentorship
Manage staff rotas and patient scheduling to ensure efficient service delivery
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and Renal Association standards
Provide clinical expertise and guidance to the wider team
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
Post-registration qualification in renal nursing
Minimum of 2 years experience in haemodialysis at a senior level
Previous experience managing or leading a nursing team
Strong communication and organisational skills
IT literacy, including MS Office
