Sales Consultant
Internal Job Title: New Broker Development Manager

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 DOE + Commission (OTE £45K+) Hours: Full Time 37hrs per week Location: Remote Working with 1-2 days a week in our Northampton Office (Negotiable) Contract: Permanent

To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a New Broker Development Manager to help expand our network of high-quality energy brokers. You will play a crucial part in growing our broker network across both SME and Bespoke channels, using a consultative and strategic approach to build, strong, lasting relationships.

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in the energy industry, whether in lead generation, new business sales or broker onboarding. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales approach, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and have experience managing or coaching a small team to high performance.

Support and coach a small account management team focused on developing emerging broker relationships.

Proven experience in B2B energy/utility sales, lead generation or broker onboarding
A consultative sales approach with strong relationship building skills
Experience managing or coaching a small team to high performance.
Excellent attention to detail, CRM experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel).
Strategic thinker ideally with commercial awareness of the UK energy broker landscape.
Strong LinkedIn presence and comfortable networking at industry events (highly desirable)
