Key Responsibilities:
* Work within our Secure TAC Environment to resolve complex network issues.
* Perform troubleshooting, fault analysis, and technical investigations to ensure optimal network performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network security and infrastructure needs.
Must-Have Requirements:
* CCNA/CCNP Level Networking Certification or equivalent experience.
* Active DV Clearance (Developed Vetting clearance is mandatory).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience with Cisco AnyConnect.
* Experience with Cisco Hyperflex.
