Acquire and grow strategic accounts, including businesses currently supported by other providers into long-term NSF partnerships by demonstrating NSF’s value and service quality Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including Operations Directors, Technical Directors, Procurement Leaders and C‑suite executives Lead high‑impact customer meetings (approximately 50 percent face‑to‑face and 50 percent virtual), including plant visits, scoping sessions, technical deep dives and executive reviews. Win, develop and grow accounts, progressing them to key account status with multi‑year commercial plans Represent NSF at food industry events, trade shows, customer seminars and sector conferences Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal business units to create complex multi‑service proposals that meet customer needs and ensure operational excellence Build comprehensive annual territory plans that reflect market trends, competitive analysis and growth opportunities Analyse local market expectations, partnering with Marketing to deliver territory‑specific campaigns and positioning Maintain a strategic, high‑value sales pipeline and keep Salesforce forecasting, opportunity data and activity records accurate and up to date Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Demonstrable experience working with or for food manufacturers or processors Proven success in a target‑driven commercial or sales role, ideally within the TIC sector Experience planning, prospecting and winning large‑scale opportunities and multi‑service contracts Strong communicator with exceptional relationship‑building ability across senior and C‑suite levels Skilled in negotiation, influencing and high‑impact presentations Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel across the UK (approximately 30 percent, via car or train) Working knowledge of GFSI‑benchmarked schemes and essential food safety certification or verification programs (preferred but not essential) Our Culture: At NSF, our mission is to improve human and planet health.
