What You’ll Be Doing • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Autism and behavioural needs. • Help deliver personalised learning programmes tailored to each child’s EHCP. • Support emotional regulation, social interaction, and sensory needs through structured activities. • Implement positive behaviour management strategies in line with school policies. • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to promote pupil wellbeing and progress. • Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where pupils can thrive.
