Were currently looking to recruit a Composite Trimmer (Nights) for a permanent position based at our F1 clients headquarters in Silverstone.
Role Details
* Position: Composite Trimmer Nights
* Location: Silverstone
* Hours: Monday Thursday, 17:00 03:30
* Salary: Up to £55,000 base (DOE) + £3,000 night shift allowance
Key Responsibilities
* Trim, fit, and bond carbon fibre components to engineering drawings and specifications.
* Assemble moulds, jigs, and fixtures as required.
* Apply extensive knowledge of structural bonding to ensure work meets company standards.
* Deliver components accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality within set deadlines.
* Support the wider team and assist across the department when needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in composite trimming/fitting within F1 or high-level motorsport.
* Strong attention to detail with a methodical, quality-driven approach.
* Confident working to tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
* Flexible, proactive, and a genuine team player.
* Excellent planning and prioritisation skills to maximise output.
