Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily supply chain activities to support efficient product flow.
* Monitor inventory levels, raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate stock data.
* Support procurement tasks, including liaising with suppliers and tracking order progress.
* Assist with demand forecasting and production planning activities.
* Plan and coordinate transport schedules, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
* Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to highlight process improvements.
* Troubleshoot supply and delivery issues, escalating when required.
* Ensure all activities follow company procedures and industry best practice.
* Maintain strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Requirements
* Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or transport coordination.
* Good understanding of inventory control, ordering processes, and logistics planning.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Confident using supply chain or ERP software systems.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
* A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
