Cover Supervisor
Location: Liverpool Schools | Full-Time or Part-Time
We are recruiting on behalf of respected secondary schools across Liverpool, part of a highly regarded multi-academy trust, for reliable and confident Cover Supervisors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with UK-based school or youth activity experience to support students’ learning, gain further classroom exposure, and join a friendly and collaborative school community.

The Role
* Supervise lessons across a range of subjects using pre-prepared materials
* Keep students focused, engaged, and on task during teacher absence
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to teaching staff
* Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive learning environment
* Gain practical experience while supporting the progress and wellbeing of students

What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people in the UK (essential), for example in schools, clubs, sports coaching, youth organisations
* A degree or strong academic background
* Confidence in leading and managing a classroom independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider school community
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
