Business Agent Hotels Location:Bristol (covering South West, Cotswolds & South Wales) Salary:Up to £51,000 basic + commission + £4,500 car allowance The Opportunity A leading specialist advisory firm is looking to hire a Business Agent into its high-performing Hotels team. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a niche, high-value market with strong earning potential and clear progression. Youll be joining an established team operating across the UK and European hotel markets, working on deals ranging from independent assets to large branded hotels. The Role Youll support and quickly progress into leading on the sale of hotel businesses across your region.
* Supporting senior agents on live instructions
* Attending inspections and pitching to business owners
* Bringing opportunities to market and managing buyer enquiries
* Qualifying applicants and driving competitive tension
* Negotiating offers and agreeing deals
* Managing transactions through to completion
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Building your own pipeline and portfolio of instructions
* Networking across the sector to generate new business
About You
* Background in residential or commercial agency
* 15+ years experience in a sales environment
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Commercially aware with solid numeracy
* Driven, resilient and comfortable in a target-led role
* Confident dealing with clients face-to-face
