Job Overview
You'll be working directly with our Director to ensure our development and management functions run smoothly. This is a hands‑on, varied role — you'll juggle site‑based and office tasks, paperwork, scheduling, and much more. You'll play a key role in helping us deliver high‑quality homes and excellent property development services while supporting the day‑to‑day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day PA support to the Director, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and minute‑taking.
* Liaise with builders, contractors, and council bodies; arrange building control inspections and environmental health visits.
* Coordinate with utility providers (gas, electricity, etc.) and ensure smooth property handovers.
* Order furniture, blinds, and supplies for new and existing properties.
* Assist with property submissions to housing providers and maintain compliance records.
* Liaise with estate agents to arrange viewings and track new property opportunities.
* Support solicitors with required paperwork and manage documentation.
* Develop and update company processes, systems, and spreadsheets.
* Handle calls, emails, and client queries with professionalism.
* Drive to properties and meetings when required (full clean driving licence required).
About You
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in a similar fast-paced admin role (property sector experience is a bonus).
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
* Strong communicator — comfortable liaising with contractors, councils, clients, and investors.
* Confident using Microsoft Office 365, including Excel for spreadsheet management.
* Adaptable, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
