Graduate IT Trainer – Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP
We’re looking for a Learning Technology Specialist to join our IT team on a full‑time, permanent basis to help deliver our Modern Workplace strategy.
This role is based in Newcastle and follows a hybrid working policy. We ask that you reside close enough to our office to visit a few days a week as per current working practices.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate change by delivering IT training, supporting onboarding and development of staff across all locations.
* Schedule, deliver and support IT training during employee inductions via virtual training rooms, conduct group and one‑on‑one sessions.
* Design and host engaging webinars through MS Teams, liaise with subject matter experts to curate training materials, and ensure all IT systems are thoroughly documented.
* Manage and promote our Learning Management System, create video‑based eLearning resources, maintain the IT Training SharePoint page and coordinate user groups to streamline feedback between end‑users and IT/Project teams.
* Collaborate with the Service Desk to produce concise “Genius Bytes” guides, monitor course feedback through MS Forms and contribute to IT project roll‑outs through targeted training and communications.
* Provide application support as part of ITIL service processes and help shape future training strategies in partnership with the team leader.
* Propose innovative ideas to enhance user engagement and adoption of IT systems.
Qualifications
* Soft skills to drive and deliver IT training.
* Excellent working knowledge of Windows and O365.
* Ability to design and create engaging learning material in a variety of formats.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational abilities to manage resources and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
