Apprentice Regulatory Compliance Officer x 2
Fixed Term Contract – 20 months.
About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Regulatory Compliance Apprenticeships to join the Council's Housing Standards Team.
You will be training one day a week with Apprentices from across other Merseyside Councils and be shadowing staff for the remainder of the week to continue your learning in the field.
Over the course of your apprenticeship, you will develop the confidence to take on your own caseload of housing disrepair cases to resolve under the guidance of more senior officers.
About The Candidate
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, keen to learn, and is customer focused whilst being a team player with confidence to work within a regulatory environment.
This is an area where legislation is changing to protect tenants in poor quality housing, and it could be the opportunity to start an interesting and rewarding career path for you.
