Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities to support student achievement, retention, and progression. Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current catering operations, hospitality standards, food safety, and industry practice. Support students in developing practical culinary skills including food preparation, kitchen operations, customer service, and workplace readiness.
