SEMH Secondary Teacher Location: Lancing, West Sussex Salary: MPS/UPS SEN Allowance (dependent on experience) Contract: Permanent Start Date: February 2026 About the Role We are seeking a passionate, resilient, and committed SEMH Secondary Teacher to join a dedicated team. You will work with students aged 11–16 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, supporting them to re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally. This role is ideal for a teacher who believes in trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches, and the power of strong relationships to transform lives.
