As a key member of our Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) team, you will play a crucial role in the safe and effective installation of electrical services across significant projects. Your Responsibilities
As an Electrical Site Manager, you will lead the KME team in delivering exceptional electrical installations. Your daily tasks will include:
* Leading electrical installations, ensuring safety, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery.
* Guiding and mentoring supervisors, fostering a collaborative "one team" approach.
* Coordinating with Engineers and Project Managers for smooth project delivery.
* Managing quality control procedures and maintaining accurate progress records.
* Identifying risks and providing creative solutions to challenges.

* You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation.
