The role involves support day-to-day activities involving goods-in and goods-out processes, coordinating with third-party suppliers, and providing key administrative support to the supply chain team. This is a developmental role offering exposure to planning, procurement, logistics, and operations administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise goods-in deliveries, prepare delivery information, and process incoming paperwork.
* Raise and progress purchase orders, providing updates as required
* Liaise with third-party logistics providers for transport scheduling.
* Match and approve purchase invoices
* Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team
Skills & Experience Required
* Entry-level role - no prior supply chain experience required
* Ability to work independently and use initiative.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Possess good numeracy skills
