Programme Support Analyst (PMO) – Folkestone (Hybrid) - £375p/d (Inside of IR35)
Leading Travel Client now requires a Programme Support Analyst (PMO) to support a major transformation programme
The Programme Support Analyst (PMO) will play a central role in ensuring smooth governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple workstreams in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
The Programme Support Analyst (PSO) will be faced with the following responsibilities:
* Maintain programme-level governance frameworks and ensure compliance with group best practices.
* Support the Programme Director with integrated planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
* Manage RAID logs, change control processes, and action trackers.
* Produce steering committee reports, dashboards, and communication materials.
* Coordinate between delivery teams, business units, and third-party vendors.
* Monitor quality standards, maintain documentation, and support audits or assurance reviews.
The ideal Programme Support Analyst will have the following skills/experience:
* Proven experience as a Programme Support or Management Analyst on large-scale transformation or IT programmes.
* Strong Background working with in large customer-facing clients
* Strong understanding of governance, risk, issue management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience working in complex, multi-vendor settings.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Rate: £375p/d (Inside of IR35)
Location: Folkestone (1/2 days a week) + occasional travel to Coquelles (France)
Duration: 3 Months (Rolling)
