Job Description
* Supervise and lead the In-Room Dining team, providing guidance, support, and training to maintain high levels of motivation and performance.
* Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
* Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and foster a positive working environment.
* Ensure all guests receive exceptional service during their In-Room Dining experience, exceeding their expectations and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
* Monitor guest feedback and reviews related to In-Room Dining, taking appropriate actions to improve service and address recurring issues.
* Oversee the efficient processing of In-Room Dining orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to guest rooms.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and other relevant departments to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of food and beverage orders.
* Maintain and enforce high-quality standards in food presentation, service etiquette, and cleanliness of dining trays and amenities.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Monitor inventory levels of In-Room Dining supplies, such as cutlery, glassware, and amenities, and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
* Develop and implement training programs for In-Room Dining staff to enhance their product knowledge, service skills, and upselling techniques.
* Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their performance.
* Maintain accurate records of In-Room Dining orders, expenses, and other relevant data.
* Assist in preparing reports and providing data for management review.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as an In-Room Dining server or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building, motivation, and performance management.
* Sound knowledge of food and beverage offerings, menus, and service techniques.
* Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and make quick decisions to resolve issues effectively.
* Proficient in using computer systems and software related to In-Room Dining operations.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the hotel's operational needs.
